I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer, and I was like – okay, if I don't do this NOW, then when? And this class was such a welcome distraction and positive experience with my body that was completely counter to what I was experiencing in doctor's offices and somewhat in my personal life ("Oh you're sick? Oh I'm so sorry..") at the same time. I achieved my goal of increased self-confidence and body acceptance, while meeting some really rad people. Thank you for doing what you do!

With so many changes happening in my personal life, I was completely having a mental breakdown with the idea of performing.  Honestly, it ended up being one of the best things I've ever done in my life.  Everyone was so supportive, kind and respectful of each other that it really made it impossible for me to feel unworthy of the challenge.  I loved every second of performing and it made me feel like everything (my body, my mind, my ideas) are beautiful.

Empowering! Kind! Exciting! Engaging! So, so fun!
